In 2023, we have reorganised the topic of sustainability for our company. In six strategic fields of action, which we have defined as essential for Hügli, our company is to become continuously more sustainable.

Our product developers have created eight new snack mixes as a tribute to this year's European Championships. Not only the European Championship 2024, but also the comfort food trend has been taken up in our new flavours. Our snack mixes are reminiscent of familiar dishes from the participating European countries and will make you reminisce.

On 19 and 20 June 2024, Snackex will open its doors again, this year in Stockholm. When it comes to the leading trade fair for snacks and convenience products, we will also be there with our new snack mixes. You will find us at stand 422. Until then, our preparations are underway and the anticipation of our team is growing.

At the end of March, Hügli's staff restaurant in Steinach SG, Switzerland, was the venue for an internal snack tasting organised by Hügli Food Industry. This Hügli division specialises in the production of flavouring components for the food and snack processing industry.

Hügli received silver recognition in the "Best Product Green Award" for its outstanding organic demi ice cream presented in sustainable packaging. The Kitchen Award acknowledges Hügli's commitment to producing food sector products that stand out for their remarkable sustainability, superior quality, and practicality in everyday kitchen use.

The new snack seasonings from Hügli Food Industry bring the flavours of an adventure park directly to your snacks. With various special effects, the palate experiences a rollercoaster ride.

Hügli presents current trend themes to snack manufacturers in Europe by sending out tasting boxes. "Amplified Heat" is the combination of pungency with freshness, spice and smoke. The implementation of this trend theme was proven with 10 unique snack seasonings.

Hügli pursues the goal of reducing food waste to a minimum. Thanks to strict demand planning and innovative concepts, we manage to handle raw materials responsibly.
